The person that came did a great job but could not speak any English.

Attention to detail was excellent. She not only cleaned she moved items to clean under them. Did a great job and have scheduled again for every two weeks

UPDATE: I no longer wish to reccommend this business as their level of cleaning and service has declined over time. They continually forget to clean things and they don't put things back where they belong. I have noticed that they take short cuts that don't clean my home very well, i.e. not pulling out the chairs in the dining room and vaccuuming under the table, dusting around the table runner instead of picking it up and shaking it off. They have told me that they have cleaned particular areas when they clearly have not.I would have to say that for the most part they are reliable but there have been several times where I would wait and wait just to find out that I wasn't on their schedule.They were willing to work with my schedule. The price was right and they did a pretty darn good job cleaning. UPDATE: This is the 3rd time they have come into my home and continue to do a good job. They are respectful of me and also of my home. In order to maintain the cleanliness they clean my windows and blinds every other time. They have even cleaned the glass globes on my light fixtures and vents on my ceiling. Rick and Nana are friendly people but not chatty. They are there to do a job and they get it done. They are maintaining their work ethic and a standard of cleanliness that I approve of and appreciate.

They showed up on time and ready to go to work. Do to my wife's illness they were very accomadating with day and time. We plan to keep using them on a regular schedule. They were very friendly, professional and willing to do what needed to be done. The only reason I gave them a 4.5 under work quality is they forgot to clean several different things. Perhaps it's because this was there first time at my house or perhaps I didn't explained those areas well enough. The rest of the house both Ricardo and his wife did a good job. I would and have recemended them to other people.

They took a lot of time making sure all the details of the unit were clean and ready for the next tenant. I was very please at their performance and highly recommend them. Plus they show up when they say they will be there!

The cleaning crew was every efficiently and was very thorough. My oven sparkles again like it was new!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Listen up, Orlando, if you are looking for a business that takes pride in their work these are the people for you. I've had other services in my home and they don't hold a candle to the quality of work that Rick and Nana do. Try them. You won't be disappointed. They go above and beyond to make your home spotless.
