He also provided all the information we needed to get a quick approval from our HOA. The team that did the work, Tory & Blake, were on time, efficient, and highly skilled. Not only did they stabilize the concrete patio using their foam injection process, they spent a lot of time caulking and smoothing all the cracks (literally on their hands & knees) doing a meticulous job. The process worked so well, it actually lifted one section and eliminated a 1" difference in height so no more trip hazard either. "I had a badly cracked and uneven driveway and a sidewalk that had fallen out of level and was allowing water to drain under the house. Got a bid from Sturdy Soil after a 15 minute inspection. I had another company come out to offer a bid. The other company was a national company with company car all covered with stickers while Sturdy Soil was local. The national company with a salesman who hung around for a couple hours finding a bunch of things that needed done and cost a ridiculous amount. Sturdy Soil doesnt have corporate offices, corporate salesman and got on the job within a couple days and finished quickly. I was amazed by the difference and saved thousands of dollars.
