RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! CCI install my driveway and sidewalk a few months ago. They did a wonderful job and we paid them in full. However, I just received a letter in the mail from CCI concrete supplier Concrete on call placing a lien on my home. The lein was placed because CCI Concrete did not pay the supplier for the concrete delivered to my home. I emailed Sarah and normally she?s very responsive but she haven?t responded yet. Now I have to lawyer up and spend money because CCI Concrete didn?t pay their debt. WTF ? Not the way I wanted to start off the new year.

CCI did a great job removing my old driveway and walkway. I had questions and concerns and they very helpful and detailed. Glad l picked them to do the job

Every single aspect of dealing with this company was as good as it gets. Professional, salesforce, great implementation. Very knowledgeable and supportive office staff. It just doesnâ t get better. I would use them again or recommend them without hesitation at all.

Highest bid i got but they presented themselves well as professional and delivering a superior end product. Boy was that way off. They do not work in a timely manner. Too many cooks in the kitchen so to speak. Had 6 people to talk to none of whom seemed to be on the same page. Took forever to get permits, blamed the city. Even though it's a public accessible website and you can see what's going on. It was them taking forever to submit, not the city fault. Once they did finally get going on permits they submitted wrong site plan so had to start over. The slab was supposed to be 4 inches, they poured 3. The slab was supposed to be pitched away from garage but a large section of it is higher than garage and pitches to the garage. Fills my garage with water during heavy rain. There are also other defects like leaves and debris in the concrete which are now making holes as they rot away. It's been 2 months since the pour, 1 month since they were out here last to look at it. Keep dodging my phone calls and giving me excuses. Getting bills from suppliers that they were supposed to pay as part of the project. Check their reviews well, most positive are employees or associates, not actual customers.

Communication was very difficult at first however, the product completed by Andrew and another worker that I unfortunately do not have his name was excellent. They put in at least 10 and 12 hour days , three days in a row so it would be done for an event at my house. Thank you, Andrew.

We had a situation not the fault of cci. Although they didn't create the situation they got involved and corrected it themselves ..Thank you Ginger, thank you CCI. Highly recommend CCI for your project.Beautiful job

Being one who needs clarity, Ginger from the office and CCI Holdings was a great communicator!

Understanding the whole process is key. For example, we had a concrete project. Not just a matter of digging out and the cement/concrete work. You may need a land survey ($$ arranged by the homeowner), a permit from the city, and if in Pinellas County, a county permit and several inspections are required. Tree roots may be an issue and may need to be taken care of at additional expense if not included in the contract. Very important to read all the fine print in the contract, do your research and ask a lot of questions. The finished product was what we were looking for but took a long time to complete. Definitely a learning experience. Mark with help from Andrew, did a great job on the patio and driveway. Mark and Ginger were very helpful finalizing the project.

The crew was great and I was very impressed by the quality of the work that was taken by the crew.

CCI Concrete was highly recommended by a couple of my neighbors and I am glad I used CCI. The job was well done and I now recommend CCI when anyone asks me about concrete work.

We used CCI Concrete for our parking lot and the work was very good. The permit took close to 3 weeks though.

They left me with a lien on my home because they didn't pay the company supplying the concrete. Don't use them. Drive was was poured Set 2022, already has 3 cracks.

I have used this company twice now. First time for a patio and then a shed foundation. The workers are very considerate and professional. Everyone is timely in their communications and fix any issues right away. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Where do I start? First off I should not have hired them. Initial communication was good. They measured the driveway in March, gave me a quote and followed through with the permit process. End of July after many calls and no communication they call and tell me the initial measurement was incorrect and they rebid the job at $8,000 more than the initial bid. I asked for my deposit back short of the permit cost. They agreed to return my deposit then 4 days later rebid at an acceptable amount in August. Started the job in September and with weather problems, material delays, excuses, and a hurricane threat the driveway was partially finished middle November. The finish work is unacceptable and if it was not for a 3 employees that pride in their work it would be worse. I asked upper management to meet with me at the site but would not personally inspect the results. I have many photos to document the results which were provided for their review. One of the employees ( Terry) told me " it is what it is" and " I got a good deal". Now I have a $10,452 Construction Lien on the property for non payment of materials from Argo Concrete. I have photos and a timeline of conversations to prove the events stated. All this information has been reviewed with management. You cannot make this up.

Update:

The driveway itself came out well. There were specifics discussed concerning the dimensions and layout that were overlooked. This resulted in a driveway that did not meet agreed upon width. There was no communication between the salesman and the builder. The company refused to return to widen the driveway an additional foot and a half. The company made no compensation for error. Very disappointed.

Job was quick and clean. Picked up left over concrete.

We hired them to put in a driveway and retaining wall. The finished work came out way better than we expected.
