Mike Vigil, Joe Hammond and their team were awesome! They laid a concrete driveway and concrete pad for parking our cars. They were here promptly at 8 am for 2 days and worked tirelessly making sure to also clean up all the roots from trees that had fallen and been removed previously because of hurricane Milton. They went over and above to do the job. I would highly recommend Paradise concrete.

Joe did a good job!

I wanted to share my experience with Paradise Concrete. We recently had our entire driveway renovated from asphalt to stamped concrete by their team, under the direction of Mike Vigil. The end result is truly awesome and perfect. Mike's team was exceptional. They showed up early every morning, worked hard throughout the day, and even worked on Saturdays to complete the project. They were not only skilled in laying concrete but also creative, offering stamped concrete for a reasonable additional charge. We were so impressed with their work that we also hired them to lay sod and re-do our part of the sprinkler system. Their customer service was outstanding, and they were always responsive to calls and texts. This level of responsiveness truly sets them apart in their industry. If you're considering a new concrete driveway, I highly recommend Mike Vigil and his team at Paradise Concrete.

Good and fast turnaround

Great team. They did the work as promised and when promised. I especially appreciate the recommendations and willingness to do the extra work. We will be hiring them again for our backyard patio work.

I had quotes from four other companies, but after talking to Mike and what his company would do those others had not even thought about, I decided to go with his company even though his price was higher. I am happy I went with him. I will use his company for any other services they can provide. I have found out the hard way that the best price is not always the best if you want excellent work. My neighbors are jealous. LoL

Spend your money with a quality company other than Exceptional Exterior Improvements and Driveways. Chris, the owner is very poor at keeping a schedule or communicating. There were multiple no shows when working with him and no call explaining until my wife and I reached out to him. This was incredibly frustrating when working with him. I gave very clear requirements for layout on my concrete patio in my backyard only to have those instructions ignored until I stepped in and had his crew correct the issues. The stamp for the patio was overlayed on one another stamp resulting in consistent ridges and valleys in the final patio allowing water to collect instead of drain off. Also the concrete was poured right up to my stucco ignoring the 1/2" gap that I requested to allow the stucco to have the required air flow. We had a second walkway added on a year later and the color match of the tique is very different and I had to dig up the original color from my receipt. Do not expect any form of organization or records from this company. I also had him reseal the back patio at the same time of sealing the additional walkway. Several areas of the sealer turned white within a week. Chris eventually stripped these areas and reapplied the sealer after me asking several times for it to be corrected. His crew got sealer all over my grill, gas meter, stucco and left tools/supplies behind all while Chris was onsite "supervising". It has been a year now and the entire patio is getting a white haze along with the touched up areas on the front patio. They also formed the front patio over the driveway corner which is now causing the patio step face to crack away in a large section. I also referred Chris to a neighbor and the stamped portion of the patio started pealing up from the base concrete before it was even sealed. The issue is still outstanding and aside from a poor attempt at patching Chris has done nothing. He will not honor any warranty and will blame any reason available rather than taking ownership of his work. Do not do business with Chris. Overall I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
