"I was extremely pleased with the project completion. From beginning to end Lance and his crew (Carl & Ron) were prompt, efficient, and professional. Mr. Carl and Ron came in early in the morning and immediately started to work on the ceiling repair. They knew exactly what needed to be done and they did it without delay. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and highly recommend their services. Additionally, I definitely would use their services for any additional repairs in my home."

"This was not a good experience at all. He confirmed in a text message that he would arrive on Wednesday. When no one showed up, I texted him asking about the delay. He texted back that he was still coming that day. As it grew late, I texted again because the job was clearly not going to be done. He replied that he couldn't come due to problems with another job. I immediately requested a cancellation and a refund, but he refused. He began offering a lot of nonsense excuses, including saying that he can't return things, which is untrue. He was rude, unprofessional, and totally uncooperative. Even though I proposed a solution, he still refused to cooperate and still didn't refund my money. He never arrived and did not do work. Nothing has been refunded so far, and I have had no further communications from him. I also found similar complaints about him from other customers."

After the demo, a few unexpected snags occurred but Hamilton was able to provide solutions. He cleaned up every evening and provided receipts for every purchase. I highly recommend Hamilton and have referred several people to him. I am hopeful that he will have the time for my next project because I expect him to become very busy once word gets out about his craftsmanship and work ethic."
