"They showed up when they said they would and texted me when they were close. Had all the equipment to do the job. They even pointed out some windows with cracks that I missed they replaced. The rates were reasonable considering the work involved. They charged close to what one company wanted to charge for the first window .Vision Glass results are great. I checked the line of window glaze they applied (wood windows) nice and straight all the way around. The most difficult I think were the aluminum windows in the breezeway but they took care of them and they look great now. I will recommend to others ."

Ray arrived on time every day with a pleasant demeanor. He was willing to do any small things I found that needed attention, since this was not a new house. He worked quietly and meticulously and left his work area clean and neat every day. It was just a pleasure to have him around.

One anecdote: I had miscounted the amount of cash I gave him at the end, giving him $300 too much. He counted it and could have easily kept it-- I wouldn't have noticed. But instead he told me. I was so impressed...and grateful.

He was very professional and went right to work looking everything over for the estimate. The estimate was more than I expected and more than I could pay. I don't know if the price was reasonable or not, it was more than I expected. However, I was so impressed with the handyman that I went ahead and allowed him to repair the window pane.
