"This is a rental home and I am unable to see the results myself.  However, the tenant told me that Daniel did an excellent job and he was very professional while completing the work.  His bid was equal to or better than the other companies who provided bids and he responded quicker than the other companies.

"Jacob installed an exterior door, light fixtures, and ceiling fans in my home. He did an amazing job. His quoted price did not change and he didn’t charge as much as other handymen would have. Overall, the job was done in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend him!"

"Stacie and Steve were very professional, courteous, and punctual. They arrived exactly when they said they would and did an excellent job taping and mudding drywall that we installed in a very unprofessional manner. Steve would have had a much easier time if we would have hired him for the whole job but we wanted to try ourselves to get the experience, we won't do that again ;) Price included supplies and was for a small laundry room and bathroom. They made sure to clean up any messes and were very patient with our dog that wanted to help them in the process. We have already asked them to quote out another project for a family home we're going to be selling later this year."

"Cost was higher than expected, but to be fair so was the degree of damage from the original installation. All work was done quickly and done very well. Very pleased that there is a 3 year warranty as well. Would definitely recommend this company"

Bathroom Fan Installation questions, answered by experts

Depending on the thickness of the carpet, it can take anywhere from 4 to 12 hours for carpet to dry with a fan. The humidity and temperature of the room also play a role in drying time, as added moisture in the air can result in longer drying time.

A ceiling fan can become unbalanced for several reasons. Common causes include an accumulation of dust and dirt on the blades, which adds uneven weight. Over time, hardware like screws and fasteners can loosen due to wear on the blade holders. Other potential issues are damaged or bent blades or blade arms, worn-down parts, or an incorrect initial installation.

While it may seem like it makes sense to put a fan in the attic to cool it down, it won’t be as effective as installing attic fans. Ventilation installed near the peak of the roof, whether passive (just allowing heat to escape) or active (drawing the air up and out) will be more effective at cooling the attic.

It is unlikely that a ceiling fan will fall, even if it develops a wobble. During a proper installation, ceiling fans are securely bolted to a ceiling joist, and the fasteners used for mounting are generally separate from the components related to balancing. A wobble is typically caused by an imbalance, which can be annoying and may lead to other issues, but is not usually dangerous on its own.

However, if a fan is wobbling because it was not installed correctly, it could be at risk of falling. For safety, it's always a good idea to ensure all mounting screws are tight and to address any wobbling or imbalance issues promptly.

As a general rule of thumb, clean your fans whenever you tidy up the home. Fans benefit greatly from a light weekly cleaning and a deep cleaning at the start of each season. If it’s been a while since you touched up the fans with oscillating blades, start with the deep cleaning before moving on to the lighter touch-ups. If you’re unsure when to clean fans and other parts of the home, learn how often you should clean your home.
