The installers were quick, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The crew boss, Chris, was not happy with the appearance of an external cable, and he returned on a Saturday to run the cable through the garage leading to a job that was aesthetically pleasing. Junior, who was great, came out a day later than scheduled, and said it was a warranty part. I could not get anyone from there to let me know how long it will take. Finally, after multiple calls today, they told me the part would get there in 7-10 days hopefully and then they would message me. Seriously? My husband is on dialysis and needs a good house temperature."
