"Quality 1 registration deserves a top-notch rating. Yoni and his staff are “can do”, professional, excellent people who follow through on their commitments. A month ago I returned at the end of a long day to my downstairs condo with 3 inches of water due to an inlet pipe breaking in my downstairs bathroom. Water was leaking out of both my back and front doors. After calling a plumber to fix the leak, I lucked out on a google internet search for a water remediation company. Yoni and his team were knocking at my door shortly thereafter in spite of the later evening phone call from me. I am certain the prompt service limited the overall damage. However, my condo was not rated to hold this amount of water for a period of hours and the damage ended up being pretty substantial. Over the next few weeks, Yoni helped me work with my insurance company providing them detailed reports to support their inspection of my premises. Given my initial positive experience, I decided to continue with Quality 1 for the mold remediation and the mold was successfully removed. While I am humbled by the whole experience, Yoni and Quality 1 were flat out an honor to do business with. I wish the company the best. We are so lucky to have professionals like Quality 1 in this market."

The EPA Renovation, Repair, and Painting Final Rule (RRP Rule) requires that on a home built before 1978, if you disturb more than 20 sq ft of exterior paint or more than 6 sq ft in any interior room the disturbed painted surfaces must be checked for lead based paint. This law affects remodelers, painters, plumbers, roofers, window replacers, kitchen cabinet replacers, or any trade that disturbs paint while working.\n\nAt Lead Paint Solutions, LLC, we use a state of the art, nondestructive XRF analyzer to not only identify lead paint, but also measure the volume of lead in the paint. EPA defines lead paint as paint that has 5% lead by weight or 1 milligram per square centimeter. Knowing the exact amount of lead in your paint and comparing it to the EPA allowable amount, rather than simply saying it has lead in it will oftentimes determine that there is not enough lead in the paint to trigger expensive lead safe construction practices. "The plumbers showed up the same day and were very nice and helpful. They unclogged my kitchen sink and bathtub and even installed new pipes under the sink and new faucets. They worked with what I have to help me stay in my budget even though my pipes are old."

Some of the signs that could mean your water is contaminated, such as cloudiness or bubbliness, could also be non-problems that don’t affect your water’s potability. However, if your water smells or tastes strange, it’s a good idea to stop drinking it and test it immediately. If your well water is contaminated, the best way to discover that is to test it.

Through air sampling devices and surface swabs in key areas of concern.

A lead paint inspection is a thorough examination and assessment of a building or structure to determine the presence of lead-based paint. Lead-based paint was commonly used in buildings before 1978 when its health hazards were fully understood. Lead is toxic and can pose health risks, particularly to young children and pregnant women. Getting a lead paint inspection means finding a lead paint inspector to examine the surfaces of the building—such as walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and other painted areas—and identify the presence of lead-based paint.
