This company was amazing from start to finish! They did a great job, used extreme safety with the removal, and promptly cleaned up the remains of the tree. They were very well prepared and communicated quickly and clearly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for great service. They had the best price as well. Extremely fair!

Had a dead tree removed & palm tree and other trees cut back workmanship was great everything was raked up driveway blown off great job

Jerry was so great to work with. The clean up crew were not very professional, however they worked their butts off and everything was just like it was before the trees were cut down.

Did a very good job in removing a tree that had been hit/split about 10 feet from ground. They had a lift and did a good job in removing the tree which was only standing due to vines/other trees. They worked quickly and well. High marks for tree removal. They didn't do well on cleanup. I introduced them to my neighbor who needed tree service, and they quit my job and removed two of his trees. Then I made a mistake -- I paid them with the agreement that they'd finish cleanup. They didn't -- my wife and I removed about 25 feet of debris from our front yard to the street where it will eventually be taken. Also, my neighbor said he had asked the boss whether they were done w/my property and the boss had said yes. They returned today (Monday) to retrieve the debris from his job (from Sat.). The boss came over (at noon, when he was supposed to come @ 930) and said he had told my neighbor they'd get my debris today (so do I believe my good neighbor of 20. years or him? Hint: my neighbor). By noon, I had spent nearly 5 hours filling 5 trash cans and a garbage bag, and added about 10 more feet of debris on the street. Basically, I finished their job.

I suggest getting a detailed written quote about the work to be done and the work schedule before agreeing to anything. That's the mistake I made. Mr. O;Steen seems like a great guy, but I think he became overwhelmed by the challenge of these two trees, which caused it to run on much longer than originally estimated and then he simply forgot about other items discussed in our original meeting. The major part of the project was to remove two large trees. To his credit, both trees were removed without damage to either house. In addition, damage that occurred to my privacy fence during the removal was not repaired. The damage isn't significant enough for me to consider taking action, but it's certainly enough to merit a word of caution to others. In the end, I should've known better to let anyone begin work of any kind without a detailed written agreement about what was to be done and how long it would take. So, that's my fault.

I got three bids for my job. Mr. Osteen listened to what I was trying to accomplish. He gave me helpful guidance. His bid was very reasonable. He came back to do the job on time and the work was exactly as discussed. Very pleased and would definitely hire them again.

Jerry and his team arrived when they said they would, and completed the job within the given time frame. They did a great job and went over the expectations. He did such a great job, I will use his services again. He was reasonable, affordable and prompt. Finding good services these days is a challenge, but he proved money well spent.

Jerry and crew arrived as scheduled and did an outstanding job removing a huge diseased tree in my yard on a Sunday. He gave a very fair price and left my yard clean of all debris. I will hire him again in the future to do all my tree trimming and removal.

Jerry and his crew arrived when they said they would, did the job they said they would do, and cleaned up so that you'd never know they just removed huge live oak branches. Polite and professional, I'd hire Jerry again - and highly recommend him.

All around good people and professional

I was very pleased with the tree trimming services of All About Lawn Care and Maintenance. Jerry and his team showed, offered a fair price for their services and were ready to go on the spot, which was a significant factor in my decision making process. They trimmed all 11 palm trees on my property. Their attention to detail was great and they cleaned up very nice when done. The only negative thing I can say is that they left a couple of seed pods in one tree which i though would be removed, but to be honest I did not even initially notice them in the tree when I was reviewing the completed work. I will definitely use them again and am considering hiring them for some of the other services they offer. Thanks, Jerry! (Update) I spoke with Jerry, and he immediately said they would come back out and remove the pods that were left in the one tree ... these guys are excellent to work with.
