The only drawback was they didn't pick up the correct color downspouts, which truly was not a problem, but I had to deduct a half a star for that lack of attention to detail. We have not had any significant rain since they were installed so I cannot judge the operation, but will return and update when that happens. Their price was the lower of the three estimates I received, including being half of one estimate from another highly rated company.
