Really pleased and impressed with Royal Contractors North Florida's work on installing new gutters on my home. From the in-person consult/quote with Jon, to speaking with Laurie for scheduling/warranty questions, and even to the two really hardworking and professional men that installed the gutters, it's been a really pleasant experience. There were a few rain delays, but obviously to no fault of RCNF. That comes with living in the area, but Laurie was quick to call and never left me hanging. On installation day the men were prompt, professional, cleaned up their work area so well I would have not even known they were here, and then they educated me and answered all questions at the conclusion of the installation. I also want to note that after initially reading reviews when deciding on a company I read that some people had issues with RCNF coming back out for warranty work. I purposely waited to write this review until after I had two minor areas we discovered after the first rain, fixed. Laurie had the guys scheduled to be out here the next day - no questions asked. Price was right, service was impeccable. I whole heartedly recommend to anyone!

I was quoted one amount and had to pay an additional $1100 to add screen filters that were originally said to be in my estimate.

The scheduling process has great, but the installation was not. The salesperson promised me that they would be able to get the water away from the foundation, but I am stuck with failing gutters. They came out several times to fix it but did not. Now, it has been radio silence. 3 out of 5 gutters they installed are failing. I have tried calling several times and they keep promising to come out but are not addressing the issues. I have water running down the side of the house and it is causing water damage. I wish I could attach pictures here to show these issues. The last thing I heard is *the architecture of the roof is the problem*. Sales is great but they cannot deliver a good solution. Stay away!

These are some seriously solid, beautiful gutters. The installation was efficient, the crew showed up ready with all supplies and my custom gutters. When I had a subsequent issue with drainage they were quick to return to help, as promised. They're knowledgeable, friendly and focused on getting everything perfect for their customers. 10 out of 10.

I was very happy with the company & the work they did. It has not rained enough since the installation to see if my gutter problem has been corrected.

RC the salesman was great. He inspected my current gutters and recommended what I needed. He told me what to expect during the install. He suggested several preparations I may want to do to improve my current gutters. Laura, at the office,was extremely pleasant and nice to work with. We had difficulty with scheduling due to rain delays. She kept me informed of complications and changes. Really appreciate her professional commitment to customer service. The installers and I walked thru the install plan before they started, to ensure we were both onboard. They were very professional, answered any and all my questions, before starting. They were attentive and very focused on the job while working. When they were finished we did another walk thru to ensure the job was completed satisfactorily They cleaned up the work site and thanked me for their business.

Jonathan was very professional, personable and very accomodating when I asked question and/ or gave my opinions. Definitely I have recommended and will continue to recommend Royal Contractors to friends and family

Royal was compatible on price to one other contractor. The reason I chose them over the other was presentation and they presented me up front with all their insurances.

Did a great job

I was very pleased with my experience with this company. From sales, to office, to workers. All were great to deal with. The best part was the workers. They were very nice and corrected a small issue immediately and cleaned up after themselves, which I was very impressed with (Something I haven't seen from all contracted workers I've hired). And they loved on my dog, which is always a plus in my book. Thanks, guys!!

After the gutters were installed it rained and the gutters leaked. I let the company know and they came back two days later to fix the problem. Hopefully it's fixed. Waiting for it to rain again
