Best floor sanding pros near Astor, FL

"I removed the tile from a concrete floor and some of the residue. I explained to all companies that I needed Linoleum Sheet Flooring installed but first needed the remaining residue removed and floor leveled. . First company gave me an estimate and then later stated I would have to do more floor prep work, of which I was hiring them for, before they would start. Second company came and said they could do all that was requested and would send me an estimate. Did not call or give an estimate. Contacted Best Flooring Tampa Bay and Patricia stated that they could do all that was requested, without seeing it first, and would send Arthur, the person that would do the work, to my home to measure and see how much leveling cement would be required. They were prompt to arrive and surveyed floor area. They quickly sent the estimate to which I agreed. A date was set and they promptly arrived and immediately started sanding the thin set grouting and leveling my floor. The floor really needed a lot of leveling and because of the thickness in areas needed a few days to cure. They again arrived promptly at the scheduled time and completed the the finish work, They then installed my flooring. I was really surprised at how fast they completed every thing along with the side molding. Fantastic job. Patricia and Arthur are real Pros and I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends."

"Pablo did an excellent repairing my laminate floor. I was very pleased with the result. He went above and beyond what I employed him to do. We found other problems on the floor while he was there and he didn t bring the tools to do this repair, so he went home and got the tools. He was pleasant and very professional. I would certainly hire him again."

"Amazing restoration of my floors! Service and professionalism was top notch. Richard and his staff went above and beyond to repair damage areas in my wood floors prior to starting sanding. This was work above what he quoted me for. No additional charge for the extra floor repairs. Richard is a perfectionist, I’m sure, and he treated my floors to a spectacular renovation. They look amazing. I will use him again and recommend his company always."
