"Rob was extremely professional and friendly. He was readily available over the phone before and after the installation appointment. The quality of his work was exceptional and he took the time to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction and expectation. After the installation was completed and Rob left, I realized I wanted the TV lower than I originally requested. Rob was quick to respond and set up an appointment to come back and lower the TV. I was completely expecting to pay a labor charge because this was no fault of his. Much to my surprise, he didnt charge me for the additional work! I would have gladly paid more for his service! I will surely recommend him to anyone needing tv installation or any other audio visual assistance."
