I was actually out of town for most of the remodel, but Tim kept me in the loop with video calls, so I could see the progress every step of the way. Now that I’m home and seeing it in person, it’s even more beautiful than I imagined. After finishing the project late, I was disappointed and frustrated with the lack of attention to detail and sloppiness, particularly with the trim and caulking. I will give credit that they offered to come fix the remaining issues that I identified after the install, but I chose not to accept the offer and repaired the issues myself."
