CNC Granite did a great job, our new quartz counters are beautiful! It appears to be a smaller, independently owned local business. We went to the showroom where they had many different brands and types of quartz to choose from. Once we chose the material we wanted, they were nice and easy to work with throughout the process. On installation day we discovered that the counters had been made with the wrong material. It turned out that their supplier had provided the wrong material! But they got new material and rescheduled our install within a couple of days. Everyone was nice, friendly, and easy to work with. Stuff happens–I really appreciate how quickly they fixed the mistake and finished up our project. I would definitely work with CNC again.

We had a house fire and were forced to live in a hotel for months on end with our 8 year old and 7 month old baby while another company did the cleaning and repair. Upon moving back home, we treated ourselves by freshening up our tired, outdated kitchen. We started with countertops. After getting a few estimates and speaking with Tammy at CNC, we took advantage of CNC's monthly sale and ordered White Galaxy granite we saw at one of their warehouses. The worker who came to measure was friendly and seemed efficient. He described the process and we felt confident the installation would be seamless. We had to work on the day of installation, but my mother-in-law says the workers arrived on time and they worked quickly. I was so excited to come home and see my gorgeous countertops. They are gorgeous, but they are not White Galaxy and nothing like the slab I saw in the warehouse. They appear to be Luna Pearl. Granite is a natural stone, so we understood that the countertops may not have looked exactly how we saw them…but this is a whole different pattern. The installation was shoddy to say the least. The backsplash should have been an inch taller and an unfinished portion of our freshly painted kitchen wall is exposed. The installer damaged our breadbox cabinet and reinstalleit about a half inch to the right, leaving another portion of an old paint job exposed. In addition, they didn't cut a hole for the faucet's sprayer. We were so tired of dealing with contractors and decided to learn to like the countertops, hide the damage on the breadbox, and repaint the walls ourselves. We didn't get a chance to do any of that because a new dishwasher we had installed a week after the granite leaked, effectively ruining our newly repaired and repainted house. We are back at square one. Since we're remodeling AGAIN, we are reluctant to call CNC to reinstall the granite countertops, that are now sitting in our living room. My heart cannot handle another semi-botched job. My strong advice is to double check, then triple check the slab/design when it arrives, and be prepared to do more work to follow up the careless installation.

C&C was outstanding! They went above and beyond my expectations. They preformed all the services promised and even were able to complete the job earlier than expected

Was a quick and easy process. Once granite color/pattern was picked one of the managers came out to measure the hole for faucet and sinks. They were flexible with timing and worked with my work schedule. When all holes were cut at their warehouse the granite was delivered and installed in a few hours. They upgraded me by providing a finish to protect the granite, I really appreciated this extra detail. Plan to use them again for other projects! Have recommended to others who are also happy with their quality of work.

Fabulously. The work was high quality. Personnel were courteous, professional, skilled, respectful of our property and friendly. Results were exactly as we envisioned. They showed up on time, when promised, were very neat, made a tremendously detailed pattern of our kitchen bar/sink area. Managed to have only one virtually invisible seam at the kitchen sink - I included a photo below. Can you see the seam? You will have to enlarge the photo to spot it. We are simply delighted. This is the fourth home they have done for us as well as a business/rooming house location. They have done a total of 17 bathroom vanities, 4 kitchens and 4 dry bar/buffets/dressing tables for us. They have always been helpful in finding us granite within our budgets. We highly recommend C&C Granite and Marble and will be happy to provide a verbal reference if you would like additional details. Photos below are of the project they completed yesterday at our lake home. As you can see, it remains a work in progress from our perspective as we still need to install our faucet, paint the walls, replace the flooring, etc, etc. Mike and Charlie Brown

They arrived when they said they would and the granite was cut just as expected. This was my second time using C&C in the last few years and I’m very happy with their work. We purchased steel grey and we decided to get a leathered texture instead of the more popular glossy finish; glad we did. I would recommend C&C to anyone.

The process was great. Tammy was our go to specialist and was always responsive to us. There were 2 issues that came up but they were handled perfectly. One piece ended up being cut slightly off and the guys took it out saying that they were not going to put up something that was wrong, and a second piece in the kitchen was installed slightly off and when trying to straighten it out it cracked. Again there was no hassle to get it fixed and the crew was great. I would definitely use them again.

We went with C&C because we found a quartz remnant piece that we loved and which no one else had. Price was very competitive. Installation became a comedy of errors, unfortunately. During measurement in our home, we had purchased a sink, but they didn't measure it, and I had to make an additional trip to the store to drop it off. When installation day came, the sink didn't fit inside the cabinet, and the stone had to be scrapped and the installation rescheduled. Luckily the counter is small and there was enough of the remnant to re-cut it. Still, it required scheduling another day around work. When the second one came, it had only one faucet hole instead of three, requiring the two additional holes to be cut on site. They look straight enough to the casual eye, but I can't help but think it would have been more accurate in the shop. The install guys did the best they could, it just speaks to larger disorganization. Overall, we got the stone we wanted, but things could have gone MUCH better.

Well.....It is now April 24, 2017...the job was supposed to be done on Thursday, April 6, 2017. The day before this job was to be done, I received a phone call sating the saw used to cutting the marble broke and they were waiting for a part. The job would now be done on Friday, April 7, 2017. At 1pm on Friday, I had not heard from this company, I called and got an answering machine, I would call 4 times between 1pm and 3pm and not get an answer. My husband called from his cell phone and they answered. He was told someone would contact the installers and call him back. 40 minutes later, we were still waiting for a call back. I called them once again from my home phone, no answer. I called from my cell phone and they answered. Hmmmmmm....Again, I was told someone would call back. Within a few minutes they called my husband's cell phone back and informed him that the installers were on their way. The installers arrived shortly after 5pm. THE INSTALLERS WERE AWESOME! However, the top for my island was not cut and sent and the backsplash behind my counter was cut incorrectly. I waited, thinking that someone would call me. Maybe to apologize for the mistake if not to let me know when I could now expect this to be completed. On Wednesday, April 12, 2017, I still had not received a phone call so I called again! I was told they would be here first thing Friday morning to complete the job. When I questioned why nobody had called me (THE CUSTOMER), I was told she was really busy and hadn't had any time. (I'm glad to know what they think of their customers.) The installers arrived Friday afternoon. (This was after I had my son call to see when I could expect them because the 10-1030am window had passed. I would like to add here that when I was told 10-1030am Friday, I was told it would probably be earlier BUT she didn't want me calling when they were late so she was going to tell me later??? AGAIN POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!) So, the installers arrived and the corners had not been rounded on my island and the backsplash was cut incorrectly. Again, I got no phone call with any explanation, update, or apology. VERY FRUSTRATING! Again, I am left waiting....I gave in and called again Tuesday, April 18, 2017. I spoke with Tammy who again made the excuse of being too busy BUT she had meant to call me.....I"M NOT WANTING TO HEAR ANY OF THAT AT THIS POINT! Tammy told me that the installers would be back first thing Friday morning. The new slab of granite was in and being cut. On Friday, April 21, 2017, the installers came (on time). The island was completed! The piece directly behind my sink was completed. HOWEVER, the backsplash for the rest of the counter running behind the sink was AGAIN cut incorrectly. Frustration does not even begin to describe how I feel right now. SO AGAIN, I am left waiting....waiting for a phone call (that will never come)....waiting for my countertops to be completed....How long should this take??? I was told 2 hours for installation and it's been almost a month!!!! Now, I totally understand that things happen. Sometimes, we can't control everything and there will be delays. What I don't understand is the poor customer service I have experienced. Is it really that hard for someone to call me???

We originally met with Tammy to discuss what we wanted.  She gave us a list of warehouses where we could pick our stone and we were off. After choosing a few stones for pricing, it was a slow process getting a response. After weeks, we were able to move on and make a decision, which would have been faster if it wasn't for the slow response time on their end. I came across an Angie's List deal for 1,050 for $1,400 worth of countertops. I originally wanted quartz and the deal didn't specify what it could use it for; I was later informed it could only be used on granite. Because of the savings, granite was the best option here, so that's what we went for.
We took our "deposit" (Angie's List voucher) directly to the company and they didn't seem to understand what it was. I'm not sure who put the coupon up, but apparently not everyone was in the know about the deal. They did accept it and we were able to schedule our installation. From there, everything went smoothly.
The installers were very nice, though they smelled of smoke. They did a good job though.
Overall, if you are looking for price and quality and can deal with some slow response times (you have to be persistent), C&C is the company for you. They had by far the best prices compared to two other top companies in the area.

C&C Marble and Granite did a fantastic job throughout the whole process.  From our original quote, to picking out our slab of granite all the way through installation...everyone was great to work with.  They were by far the best value for our money and we love our new counter tops.  We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for granite.

From the first experience I had with them to the installation - it was perfect.  Jesse came and measured everything I wanted done.  He was on time and professional and explained the entire process to me.  I dealt primarily with Tammy in the office and she was absolutely amazing to work with.  She was so responsive to me and always double checked everything with me to make sure my installation went as smooth as possible.  On the day of installation, a team of 4 guys came and did all the work in a day.  They took out all my old countertops and installed my new granite ones with perfection.  They cleaned up any mess they made and I trusted all the work they did - everything looks GREAT!  This company is amazing to work with and I recommend them to anyone that is interested in getting granite countertops done.  They will exceed your expectations! Just call and ask to speak with Tammy!
