Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay

My experience was less than desirable, I contracted with Integrity to have my pool cage repainted in April 2024, which was done and paid in full, however, there were issues. The entire pool cage was left with a sandpaper type texture (was original smooth). When I brought this up, I was told that it was ‘windy’ and that it was overspray, if that was the case, then why did they paint and not wait for another day that was not windy? Or advise me that was a possibility before painting? They did come back out, spot sand a couple of areas, hand painted those spots and considered the job complete. Most of the pool cage still has the sandpaper texture which prior to painting was completely smooth. An additional issue that I had was that there were parts of the cage that had imperfections that were not addressed (i.e., sand, priming, etc.) which I was told would be done. It appears to just be painted over as one area flaked up the next day. When I pointed them out, they advised that was rust (it is an aluminum cage look up yourself if aluminum rusts). When I addressed my concerns with Integrity, they were dismissive to me and had an excuse for everything as to why/how it was my fault. Which if accurate, then in my opinion they should have brought up these issue(s) prior to painting? Just my experience, I hope that your experience is different, given my experience I would not recommend them.

We used Integrity Finishes to refurb our front doors and they did a fantastic job with that. We were interested in having our whole house painted so I asked the guy doing our doors how much he thought it would be. He said he'd contact his Manager and he came by that same day. We threw them a curve-ball by asking to have the aluminum "bird stop" trim underneath the roof tiles painted - something they have never done. They worked it out and it turned out to be the best part of job. The guys are very professional and keep in constant communication about the process. They were very conscientious about the job site and did a full clean up after the job was done. We couldn't be happier and it totally transformed the look of the house. We have already recommended to one of our friends. Great job Integrity Finishes!

Mike and Tony were EXCELLENT! They were prompt, professional, friendly and meticulous. They took the time to explain every step and made sure that we were 100% happy with the end result....which was amazing! From my initial phone call to completion of the job in the time frame quoted, EVERYTHING went perfectly! The crew arrived on time each day, they were extremely careful to cover both furniture and flooring, were extremely pleasant and responsive to any request, and, above all, Mike et all did an EXCELLENT job - their attention to detail was greatly appreciated! Overall the experience was the very BEST I could have hoped for. This a professional company and crew in every respect. I could not be more satisfied!!

Excellent. We were very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the professionalism of the crew that worked inside our home for 5 days (Mike, Tony, Chris and Cody). We were also very pleased with Bill, our initial salesman, who we worked with to get started. He even came out a second time on his day off. What made the job more of a challenge is that we used 4 different paint colors throughout the house. The cabinets all came out beautifully. All the work was performed on site. We already have them booked for our next project. Thank you..

Cody and Chris arrived early every day, did a very professional job and cabinets look better than new. And they cleaned up everything when they left with no signs that they were even there.

Loved working with this company. They are on time, do quality work, clean up area each night. The crew is courteous and professional. We just moved to area and had many projects going on. They were excellent !! We wanted to paint the bookcase with cabinet paint quality. We provided the paint code to Integrity and they purchased the paint and did all set up, paint and clean up perfect. They were very professional and did an excellent job for us.

They did such a great job removing popcorn and fixing our ceilings that we hired them to paint the entire interior of our new home. Highly recommend!

Integrity Finishes is awesome! All the way from the 1st time they came out to provide an estimate, down to the final day of completion. Their original estimate was the most fair and most detailed as compared to the others I received from 3 different companies. Their team started exactly on time as scheduled and did an excellent job of communicating as the project progressed. Integrity Finishes did a great job for us. We hired them to paint most of the interior of our home, including ceilings. In addition, they removed wallpaper, retextured walls, repaired walls in a couple of rooms, and refreshed wood stained baseboards, doors, and trim. They replaced, stained, and hung some interior doors as well. Aaron's quote was competitive with other estimates I received. He was professional and responsive to questions. John kept me updated on what was happening. He and his crew were neat and efficient. They thoroughly sealed off areas when they sprayed the ceilings. They cleaned up each afternoon and wasted no time. I would not hesitate to use Integrity Finishes for future painting needs and I have already recommended them to a friend.

Mike and crew did a great job. They made sure I was happy with the product. Even fixed a couple of extra holes in walls for free that were not discussed during the initial estimate. I plan to hire them again when I have the exterior done.

This is the third time we have hired Aaron and Integrity Finishes. This time was to to paint the exterior of the house. They did an amazing job. Showed up exactly when they were supposed to and finished when he said they would. We will always us Integrity for our painting needs.

Very professional company,they came out to do the quote on the day and time arranged.It was scheduled for three weeks out because they were busy,which is always a good sign.The work was started and completed just as Arron promised.I have had multiple properties pained and repaired by Arron and they always do an excellent and professional job.I will be using them again on another property.

Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay did an excellent job painting my kitchen cabinets! My cabinets were previously maple, but I wanted them white. The cabinets turned out better than I ever anticipated. The paint finish seems incredibly durable as Integrity Finishes uses a lacquer paint. Both Aaron and Mike were great to work with, especially considering my tile installers did not end up finishing on time, so the cabinet install was delayed. I would absolutely use Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay again!

Team arrived early and finished far sooner than I expected. Very professional and affordable

Went very well. Team was very careful not to get paint on newly installed wood floors. Took down towel racks and some trim, then repaired wall before painting. One bedroom was bright orange. Primed and painted a very light teal. I can't see a hint of orange! Have contracted with Aaron to repaint the outside of the house based on experience with inside painting.

Integrity Finishes was courteous, friendly, and highly professional to communicate with. They welcomed us to ask all questions we had throughout the project, and all their staff made us feel that our needs were important to them. After the job was done, they sent someone to address a need we had. The work was performed on the time schedule agreed upon, and our 90+ era meeting house now looks attractive and bright. The service we received was excellent.
