They said they would start on a certain day but didn't and didn't call or email to let me know. That was upsetting. They did start a few days later. THe work they did for me was very good. Communication was fair - every few days. There was one little side job that was agreed upon but that the workers never came back to do. And a few little paint spots that needed touch ups etc that wasn't done but the overall quality of their work was very good.
