"I purchased my home in April 2024 never expecting concerns that were brought to my attention by a friend who happen to look at the electrical panel and suggested I contact an licensed Electrican for an evaluation to check the safety & stability of the electric system to the home. I had requested 4 individual contractors, all agreed there were areas of concern ranging from upgrading some of the wiring to the electric panel & other necessary changes. I ultimately decided to use A1 electrical contractors and I couldn't be happier/relieved. I did. From the moment they arrived at the property, one of the owners explained they were a family business dedicated to their customers, and it didn't take me long to know that was a fact. He was enthusiastic driven, and showed genuine interest. In the work that needed to be done here He didn't beat around the bush. He was very honest and although it was the last thing I wanted to hear after just buying the house, I knew I had no choice, but to go with the work , who ever I decided on. The price quoted me was in the middle, Not near the highest, but not the lowest either, but still fair, and with a trust level I felt early on that I didn't necessarily feel with the others & we went with them. They carved out two weeks for the job and we had to relocate to a hotel,, They were able to finish the job less than a Week. I can't express the piece of mind. I have knowing that the issues have been fixed and my home is now electrically sound. & up to code. From the day, i met the guys from this awesome family business, I knew they were the right company for our job and they were. I can't recommend highly enough!!!"

At times I am producing more than what I consume so until I get net metering installed I cannot capitalize on overproduction. "PS: they have good prices on high quality materials, not like the wood sold in Home Depot, they have good stuff.
They were doing the demo while the wood was being acclimated. We decided not to stay in the property during those days because demo can be a little bit messy. So, we stayed in a hotel. We passed by the worksite from time to time to take a look at things and we also were in constant communication with Hector. Everything went great! They cleaned everything after the demo and were ready to start the installation. OMG when we got back after the weekend, they had already done the entire first floor and it was awesome. The floor was just sunning. The project took about 15 days to be completed, so they work pretty fast. We are very pleased with the amazing work and the floors. We couldn?t be happier. If you want to have a hazel-free, responsible company doing your floors, you should definitely call Martinez Wood Floors.

"They only charge a flat rate for any basic service so if the AC goes out i call them and they charge a flat rate to service it. If it has to be replaced they pay up to a certain amount and if it goes over i pay a prorated fee."

"I put in my claim with choice home warranty and CHW setup an appointment for/with Demond electric company The technician arrived I paid the required service fee charge (the service fee varies per state -i have used CHW in 3 different states and the service fee was affordable for the 3 different states) The Demond Electric technician Paul was very very professional, polite, knowledgeable and did a great job."

"We have a 2nd story 832 sq ft house which had 2 wall A/C Units.  We were looking to upgrade to Central A/C.  Keys A/C went through every possible option, from converting half a closet to installing central a/c below the house and venting through the floor.  When it was all said and done the easiest (and only option that didn't involve loosing limited square footage) was Ductless A/C.  

Their quote was 75% of the closest competitor, and their professionalism exceeded everyone else as well.  After signing the contract and putting a deposit of 50% down for the units, they were here within a week to install.  They were here for 9 hours one day and returned the next day for 3 hours and the job was done -very efficiently - especially for the keys I must say!

They even took out the old AC Units and patched the hole in the wall (inside and out) for an extra charge - and did a great job!

I would recommend this company for everyone looking for AC in the Keys.
