He was courteous, professional and worked quickly. He explained maintenance steps we should take in the future. Ben also installed a sliding lock to reinforce our second door. The office called me first to let me know the timeframe in which he would arrive and Ben called me when he was 30 minutes out. They were professional, prompt, friendly, and always made sure to walk me around and show me the progress made every day and the crew always cleaned up every day before leaving. Frank even took the time to explain a few of the technical aspects of installing the roof (I was interested in learning)!
