"Horizon Services Warranty Entrapment New to Delaware, but struggling with a HVAC warranty issue with Horizon. Advice Please. I have been waiting 3 months for an Appointment to get my annual HVAC system serviced by the Horizon team. Starting this process in June, I was told that September 12th was now an Option after 10 min on hold. I did not accept this as this was another month out and I was not available. I have made no less than 5 attempts to get a service appt on my HVAC and each time, since the "10 Year Warranty" maintenance team is 1/10 the size of the fleet driving around, I was told I would be put on a waiting list to be called back. Nothing! No one ever called me. I keep calling them. Horrible! My frustration is a legal one: My system warranty was several thousand dollars on top of the new units and installation. However If i dont get a $149/year Annual Service I void this; if someone else services the units-I void this. I want a way out: 1) Horizon to reimburse or pay another HVAC company of my choosing to perform this service, and keep my warranty in tack in writing. 2) How about a business model for warranty holders: Schedule me like a Dentist....11-12 months year from my last appointment (provided not winter so my AC can be checked), they send me an appointment reminder. This is a big hassle, anyone else have this issue? PS> During my call 8/16 at around 10:30am, i told the representative this was it, if no call back, I would hit social media (Facebook, Linkedin, Nextdoor, BBB). "I am revising my initial review of Premier Home Pros. My prior review gave them a 5 star. Now, I'm dropping that to a 2 star. Attractive install. However, after we started using the shower, we immediately began to see a great deal of water escaping the shower. I've been placing call after call to get them back to correct the job. It's going on a month now. Up to this point, they have NOT acted in good faith and returned calls or corrected the problem. I have photographed the problems for them, i.e., where and how water is escaping, but no response from them. What's the point of a shower that looks good, but daily is leaking water? Of course they've been paid in full which is why they are now hard to get a response from. The distance between shower doors is too big. It's actually a distance of three fingers, i.e., 2 1/2 inches, the bottom of the doors themselves are too high, so water can escape, the bottom ridge intended to hold water in is too low. So, water is escaping."

"Paul is a one-person dynamo. He listened carefully, came up with creative solutions when necessary, worked diligently, and the results were always beyond expectations. Paul has done many jobs for me ranging from tiling, drywall, painting, flooring, door installation, and me. My house was built in 1956 so there were always unanticipated surprises. He took them all in stride. He has also installed a new kitchen and done other work for my son at his house (built in 1934 and even more full of unexpected surprises. His prices are fair; he shows up when he says he will be there; and he's a pleasure to deal with. If I could give Paul 10 stars, I would!"
