I had Randy come out a do a job for me about a month ago.  Upon finishing he found that there was a leak from under the house.  Ive had him scheduled to come fix this part 3 times now.  They were rescheduled each time due to emergencies or weather.  I understand that I don't have an issue at the moment but there is water and/or sewage leaking in the ground under the house.  The last appointment was Tuesday and he never called to reschedule again.  Service was great when I could get them to come out. Though I finally found a decent plumber.  I understand there are emergencies and weather since this would require digging under the house but 3 times and then not even a call to schedule again.

Mr. Anderson is excellent; great customer service and responsiveness. Absolutely the guy you want to see when you call on one of your worst days. He even gave advice on how to do some minor repairs on our own so we could save some money.

They were prompt, explained the problem well and completed the work efficiently. I felt I was treated fairly and honestly.

After septic backup into house, I called Anderson to pump out septic tank. They inspected septic tank and found no problem with the tank but found extensive root growth and two breaks in the drain line.  They roto-rooted the line to clear it, dug out and replaced sections of drain line.  Found two more problems that need attention and because of the late afternoon appointment time when they started, we have rescheduled time for the non-emergency repair.  Very pleased and very professional; I would recommend their work.

Had a leak under the kitchen sink in our rental home.  The owner had his "handyman" instal a garbage disposal that sprung a leak one day.  I immediately called Mike Anderson as he had done work for us before and I trusted him to do a good job quickly.  Mike arrived on site within an hour for the emergency call.
He quickly identified the problem and fixed it; he then corrected a problem with the piping under the sink and the dishwasher connection - we were having problems with the dishwasher, but didn't know what it was.  After he finished the repairs, he said that he had some time and asked if there was anything else he could do. When he finished some other small jobs he gave me advice on how to fix some dripping faucets and how to shut off the water supply to the house.
His advice gave me the confidence and knowledge to fix four dripping faucets without indecent for less than $5.00 in parts about a month later - a fraction of the cost for a professional to have done the same thing.

He did a lot of plumbing work for us.  He did a number of repairs.  I was able to call him on a Sunday night at 10:00 when we found a problem.  He returned my call and was there at 8:00 Monday morning to look at the problem and fixed it that day.  I called four or five plumbers, all of whom did work for me, and they didn't call me back or couldn't be bothered or they were busy.  Someone suggested Mike Anderson and he's been terrific.  He doesn't ask for money when he leaves, his wife sends the bill when the job is done.  He came five or six times before we got our first bill and there was a month delay before he came back again.  It wasn't because of anything he did; we are struggling to get tile work done.  We were quite pleased.  I would recommend him to anybody for any plumbing work.  His prices were quite reasonable and he was right here right away when we had problems.  He did a good job and pointed out anything that I should be concerned with.

Mike showed up on the time to start work (always a plus). He was about 3/4 done when he got a call from an elderly lady who had water all over from a broken pipe. He told us about it & said he?d try to return if not he?d see us in the morning. Mike showed up early the next morning to complete the job. In finishing up he found some piping that wasn?t done right and fixed it saying to us ?I wouldn?t want it like that in my house?. My husband is a contractor by trade & was impressed by not only the quality of Mike?s work but also his honesty. We recommend Anderson Plumbing for any job that you have.
