"My wife found New Land on your website to do our House Duct Cleaning. Ray came out on 1/10 They showed up in an Unmarked White Van seemed odd to me that the business name was not on it, ( I should have stopped there but I let them in) The came in with an Air Compressor and a Vacuum, They blew air into the return vents and that was it for cleaning the return. Then they ran the 2" vacuum hose into the floor 6" ducts and that was it. The Main trunk for both the supply and the return were never touched or cleaned. He said that they were able to clean the duct just by using the 2" hose. When they left I had a bad feeling that the job was just not right so i went a took pictures of the floor vents and found a TON of dirt left behind I took off the return vent cover to discover a lot of dog hair and dust behind it. Ray did come back to just run the same 2" hose in the vent and then told me that they never are able to get all the dirt out and that he did the best he could do. This is Un-Acceptable my ducts are NOT Clean and the main trunk I'm sure are still contaminated with dust and debris. We are now Out $637.62 for a job that I could have done better with my own ShopVac. I would Never use this Company again or recommend to do any king of work. I want a Full Refund of my money how do I go about getting my money back on a incomplete and crappy job."

"Needed my dryer vent cleaned. When Ned called I explained to him that I had two 90 degree angles. He assured me he had all the equipment needed to handle this job. When the two men arrived my husband showed them a picture of the two angles in the vent. One guy didn't speak english and walked away. Didn't even want to look at the picture. The other guy who spoke limited english just told us to call his boss. We told him his boss had already assured us they could do the job. Now for all the equipment they brought - a generator that they couldn't even get started. We have an outlet out back and told them to use it. They then just put a small hose in the vent which was blowing air. I was in the closet with the dryer and could hear the hose as it came in. It stopped at the first angle and couldn't bend to go any further. They then left. I was also told that they would bag up any lint that came out on the lawn. Big surprise - there wasn't any. My vent is still clogged."
