Flawlessly. All windows were replaced including a large picture window and 15+ other windows without issue. The flashing on the outside was very well done and the trim and sealing on the inside were all very well done. 1+ year later, everything is still working very, very nicely. No complaints at all. I recommended Al to my mother-in-law and he replaced her windows and slider, too, and did just as good a job as he did for me.

As a single homeowner, I put off replacing windows for years to avoid the hassle of selecting a contractor. At the suggestion of co-workers, I finally contacted AEG and am glad I did. The owner put me at ease immediately by fully explaining my options, the work involved, and waiting patiently for my decision. My new windows are beautiful, energy efficient, and the entire process was relatively painless.

I cannot recommend Al and AEG contracting enough! Al went out of his way to fit me into his schedule for my initial quote and had no problem coming back out when I modified the scope of the job to re-quote. He was professional, punctual and polite. His quote came in at a very competitive price. My new windows look amazing. Will refer and re-hire again and again!

I had all my windows replaced and could not be happier! All the window options were explained very well during the consult so I had a complete understanding of what I could purchase and what each product offered. I was scheduled quickly and my ten windows were installed in a day and a half. They moved furniture to install my windows and everything was put back in it’s place. There was no debrIs or any mess left behind, as well as, any damage to my home. My windows look absolutely perfect and beautiful! The owner and his crew were very professional and have high quality trade skills. I couldn’t be happier and have already recommended this company to people.

Al and his partner did an exceptional job on my house. When they ran into rotting wood frames, they immediately got the lumber and built new casings to install the windows. Also, I ordered a basement window with a dryer vent, requesting that it be on the right side of the window. Once installed, we discovered the vent was on the left side. Al called his window supplier and another is being made and installed. Al went above and beyond to replace my windows at a very great price. Would definitely ask him to come back for any other work that needs to be done.

They did an excellent job. AEG was a pleasure to work with. They arrived when they said they would. They correctly estimated the timing for the arrival of the windows. Installation was excellent. The windows are tightly sealed and provide quite a reduction in outside noise as well. There was a problem with the ordering of our screens which I expect they will correct. We obtained several quotes to replace our windows. AEG helped us choose the right medium quality windows at a very fair price. We will definitely use them again when we replace more windows.

They did a high quality job with first class materials. I was very pleased. They were on time in the morning and completed the job by mid afternoon. Also they they cleaned up the areas afterwards and disposed of the old windows and frames. Will look to hire them again in the future.

I signed up for the deal on Sept. 21,2017 and was charged $225 to reserve the price. I was never contacted by the company and never refunded the $225. I should have known better than signing up for a deal with an out-of-state company.

I found the chatty Al on Angie's list and hired him to replace my 21 windows and a sliding patio door, after reading the good reviews. Al suggested me to have new construction windows since I also needed him to do the outside trim work on some of the windows. I liked the idea. I spoke with few other contractors but no one recommended and was able to compete with Al's quote. I was very excited about getting my windows replaced. I requested him to have the job completed before 2/10/18, which he said he will try his best but can't promise. I felt like this guy is very busy, must have a lot of work. He told me that the job will take about three full days of work, which he denied once he started the work. He started the work on 2/5/18 and told me that it will take him and his helper John anywhere from 4 to 5 days to do the windows, door, and exterior trim. He and his worker spent 11 days to finish the sloppy job. Windows are not level, neither plumb. He took most of the insulation out from the walls when he took the old windows and didn't put it back with the new ones. I told him that the reason I am replacing the windows is that of the noise coming from the busy street behind my house and he said no worries, you will see a big difference with these triple plane double hung windows. I am getting way more noise now than ever before. He admitted that the job took him more time than he anticipated and offered a generous amount off for my inconvenience. Most of the windows he installed have a bow in the middle of each and every sash. Windows manufacturer came out and assured me that they will send new sashes. Al asked for the remaining payment the day he finished the job (or he believes that he finished). I refused to pay him until he fixes the windows and I get the new sashes. Two weeks later I texted him to check the status of new sashes and abruptly told me not to contact him and deal directly with the manufacturer. I AM SHOCKED HOW THIS GUY IS IN BUSINESS. HOW FOOLISH I WAS TO TRUST THAT HE IS GOING TO HONOR THE LIFETIME WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY HE ADVERTISES ON HIS WEBSITE.

The work is excellent and the process was smooth and painless.

It went just fine. Al & his worker replaced the windows efficiently & in a timely manner. I was very impressed with their clean-up as my bedroom & the outside of my house were both a complete mess. They did a great job.

The contractors arrived timely and proceeded with removing the old door and installing the new door. They cleaned the area as the door was being installed and removed all debris from old door.

Awesome! I first talked to a big name window company in the area, and they came up with a complicated solution with features that I did not need or want. Al presented a simple solution (also quite creative) and quoted a price that was a little under half of the big name company. He also went out of his way to find a solution to the dryer vent problem, had that window specially made and picked it up himself. Al's installation was perfect, and the clean up was super! He even took debris surrounding the windows. Above all, Al was delightful to work with. Many folks in my workplace have worked with Al, and I recommend him highly!

It went well & he did a good job putting them in especially considering the age and condition of the previous windows & frames. It is too soon to evaluated further, but I'm sure it will be fine. It is a big improvement on what we had. The punctuality part seems to have been due to emails I missed in setting up a time.

I made a appointment for AEG contracting to come out and give me a estimate for replacement for windows. Al showed up 5 minutes early. I was impressed with just that alone as not too many people show up on time any more.He answered all my questions and measured my windows. He did not rush me about my decision on the windows either.When the windows came in he called to set up a time to put them in.As soon as they got here(which again) on time, the immediately put down tarps on my floors and where the windows were to be put in.They introduced themselves to me and then went to work. After they were done putting the windows in, they vacuumed all the rooms they worked in and my hall way, just to make sure there was no debris on the carpet. That night when I went to lock my windows , I couldn't lock one of the windows. The next day I called Al in the afternoon and told him I couldn't lock the window. I figured being new windows I was doing something wrong. He told me he would be over the first thing the next day. I told him there was no hurry but he said he would be right over to take a look at it. Yes, it was me not locking it right. I did appreciate it that he took time on a Saturday to look at my window. I felt it was a fair price for the windows and I think they did a great job. My windows look so nice and I am very happy with the service. He also said if I have any problems with them just let him know. I would definitely use him again to do my doors and my patio door.

Al was great. We had many providers out to quote the project. Some insisted that both my wife and I be home for the consultation and/or that we sit through a 10-minute presentation about the history of the company they represented. We indulged those providers but it actually made the whole interaction seem less genuine. Al had no such tricks and was a no-pressure salesmen. He quoted the project at a very reasonable price and, within three weeks of placing the order, the doors were installed. Every other provider we spoke with said we would have to wait at least 8 weeks. The installation was well-done and quick, doing both doors in just over half a day. Many of the other vendors said it would be a 2-day install (and worked the additional labor into their quotes). Overall, we couldn't be happier with Al and AEG and would highly recommend!
