They were receptive and patient with our ever-changing needs. Once we finalized our purchase, we received our cabinets within two weeks! The cabinets are very sturdy and the color is beautiful. "I could not do the work myself and struggled to find someone to help me. I found Brian here on Angie's List. He stopped by to look at the closets and we scheduled time for him to come out and do the work. He was on time and professional. Best of all he was patient with me and allowed me to go through a lot of items individually while I said keep, donate & he helped me find an old Fendi handbag that kind of got lost over the years. He filled up the truck and I followed him to Salvation Army where I got a receipt for over 30 bags of clothes, shoes, cookbooks etc. I will definitely hire Brian again and would recommend him if you simply need to de-clutter and and have less stress in your life. Yes, having 4 empty closets is a good feeling & knowing all those snow boots, winter coats, dresses, etc are going to someone who needs them instead of sitting in my closet is a good feeling too. "The experience was excellent. We were under stress, emotions and a deadline to vacate my mother-in-law's apartment by the end of the month after her passing. We called several places and most were sympathetic but could not help in the time we needed. End of month - lots of people moving. We called Strongmile and we're met with a pleasant and very sympathetic ear. They explained their services - provide muscle power to move your stuff. We scheduled and everything went extremely smooth.
They set up the arrangements with a moving truck rental, met us there and did the paperwork. They moved all the furniture and made several drop offs including some unwanted items to a charity site.
They were very punctual, professional and pleasant.
