Before they left, they did a walk-thru to make sure I was happy, and helped me change one piece of furniture that was in the wrong place. I also want to mention that I was a young woman handling this move by myself, and I felt completely comfortable and respected the entire time, which is not always the case. "This is my second project with Millenium Remodeling. Both Mike and Kip were involved with the project. 
We had the following done: crown molding installed in 5 rooms; replaced exhaust fan and light fixture in a powder room (rewired the electrical so that they were on separate switches); replaced the closet doors/framing in the foyer closet from bi-fold to French doors; added a ceiling fan in a bedroom; added attic stairs in the garage.

"They really are not that good because the work they did started to deteriorate quickly after they did it. They came back and resolved the problem but they also did additional work; they really are not the best painters. The price was very reasonable and they also did some exterior painting for me as well. The interior painting was not as professional as I thought it could have been but they were quick to respond to my needs. They were punctual."

"Jim was personable, friendly, and gave us a fair price.  He also said he would do a few extra things like tape and spackle lightly in some closets, and help enclose the electric circuit box. His price was good, but some else was lower for this work so we went with the other guy.  However, we would contract with Jim for other work beyond the scope of just drywall if we needed it.
