After using Turf solutions for the last three seasons for lawn fertilize and irrigation service work have never had such green, sturdy, good looking lawn from day one, Glad we changed over to them. First time I ever had a soil test with necessary treatment. These guys know their stuff, good to work with and I highly recommend them!

The person who answers the phone is rude when you question a bill for a service that was already paid for. and should have been done right the first time. After screaming at me, she hung up the phone when I said I wanted to speak with the owner. She would not relay my message so I canceled my service with this company. Terrible way to treat a paying customer.

"She was a customer, no matter what you did, she was never satisfied. She was billed, a minimal amount, for an irrigation repair and wanted to argue about it. This customer was not hearing what she wanted to hear. As such, she wrote this review in retaliation. Please see our other reviews. Unfortunately, there is no pleasing this person."

Please do not do business with this company. They are a small company the elderly mother does the booking and billing which throughout the year has been a complete mess. She is incompetent but that is not the worse part if you ever question your bill or service she yells and is totally disrespectful. We are paying customers and were actually the first in our community so we told our neighbors about them. They are totally rude and you do nott want to give your money to a company that disrespects their customers. Please do not use this company!!! They are horrible.

"This review is not who we are. Our company strives for professional, prompt, and courteous service. Unfortunately, we had to cancel this customer's service, the week before this review was posted. This was the result of them harassing our employees, again, about "taking their business elsewhere". Yes, this customer feels paying for their services promptly is not necessary. The norm for their payments is anywhere from 2-3 months after they have been mailed an invoice. The invoices are mailed because they are elderly and possibly electronically challenged. Please read all of our reviews and you will understand this is a retaliatory review and nothing more."
