If you choose to have our company complete your project we require a 10% non-refundable scheduling deposit to hold your spot on our schedule. One week before your scheduled begin date, we will meet with you to review the contract and verify the start date. One day prior to the start date, a 40% deposit will be required. The remainder of the payments will be broken up based upon the size of the job and progress points with a portion to be distributed upon completion. For example, on small jobs, the final payment will be the remaining 50%. Your personal payment schedule will be outlined on your contract.
