"Ronda came to us through our general contractor. She assisted us in selecting our cabinets, counter tops, hardware and tile. She met with us multiple times at our house to work through the cabinet design. And we met with her multiple times at her studio and the tile shop to select our counter top and tile. Always ready to help, she is knowledgeable and has innate design ability. More than that, she can explain her design choices, yet is willing to discuss alternatives and work through the design process in a collaborative manner, bringing many ideas to the table – or kitchen, as it were. She listens to her clients and was able to translate our ideas into a comprehensive design. Throughout the process Ronda worked with our contractor and with us to make certain everything came together as planned. While there were a number of minor snafus, she was always there to make certain issues were resolved and to keep the job moving ahead. Cabinets and counter tops are a significant portion of the remolding cost. Cabinet manufactures are not all that interested in dealing directly with the customer. Rather, they work through their distributors. We purchased our cabinets through Ronda who has a strong working relationship with the manufactures she deals with and can easily work out issues. "They really are not that good because the work they did started to deteriorate quickly after they did it. They came back and resolved the problem but they also did additional work; they really are not the best painters. The price was very reasonable and they also did some exterior painting for me as well. The interior painting was not as professional as I thought it could have been but they were quick to respond to my needs. They were punctual."

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
