Jim used excellent communication skills and computer technology to design, explain and show pictures of the finished product. His forty years of experience were evident when he went over the progress of the project, and the cost factor of the project was reasonable and fair. He also put two new storm doors on and did an exceptional job. Jim and his crew go out of their way to make you satisfied. They take great pride in their work and do an excellent cleanup job. I highly recommend Jim. He works on customers homes as if they were his home. The quality of work is exceptional. You will be satisfied and happy using Lockhart Construction."

"Ronda came to us through our general contractor. She assisted us in selecting our cabinets, counter tops, hardware and tile. She met with us multiple times at our house to work through the cabinet design. And we met with her multiple times at her studio and the tile shop to select our counter top and tile. Always ready to help, she is knowledgeable and has innate design ability. More than that, she can explain her design choices, yet is willing to discuss alternatives and work through the design process in a collaborative manner, bringing many ideas to the table – or kitchen, as it were. She listens to her clients and was able to translate our ideas into a comprehensive design. Throughout the process Ronda worked with our contractor and with us to make certain everything came together as planned. While there were a number of minor snafus, she was always there to make certain issues were resolved and to keep the job moving ahead. Cabinets and counter tops are a significant portion of the remolding cost. Cabinet manufactures are not all that interested in dealing directly with the customer. Rather, they work through their distributors. We purchased our cabinets through Ronda who has a strong working relationship with the manufactures she deals with and can easily work out issues. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"A representative came to my house to give me an estimate.  he was very friendly and willing to work with me.
I just went ahead and scheduled the job because I wanted to get in done as soon as possible.
My only disappointment was with choosing the colors.  I thought I would have more input from the rep in helping me choose a color scheme.  When the painters arrived, the colors we talked about were not brought, and I had to quickly pick another "neutral" color that would go with the darker color.  I had talked about a third color being incorporated, but that idea was nixed when the painters arrived. "

"Beyond Beautiful! If you’re looking for a great renovation with a great experience look no further. We did a consultation with Dion he came over we thoroughly discussed the plans of what we wanted done. He then advised us what could/should be done to achieve the desired look and brought the plan to life! He’s extremely knowledgeable in his field. Even though I’ve had work done by him before which was amazing for some reason this project literally blew my mind! He took our vision to a whole new level! Our family space has now been redefined and become our favorite place in the house. The custom staircase and spindles really set the stage! Not to mention the custom wall speakers, fireplace, and landing area. Photos really do it no justice! We were very pleased with the completion time as well as the cleanliness once everything was completed! Highly recommended!"
