Dale was very professional and has excellent customer service. Dale provided me an ETA and was running a little late. He called me to inform me that he would be arriving a little late. I was very impress that he took my time into consideration. When he arrived, I had A TON of questions. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions with a smile.
