"Klaus was the only pro who contacted us after 2 requests made in Angi. The job was at our Ocean City, Maryland beach condo that we were visiting for the weekend. Klaus responded quickly by phone and was able to come over the next day while we were still in town and listen to what we wanted done and talk us through how he would handle our project -- all without charging a fee. The following Monday after we returned to our DC metro area house, he emailed us a reasonable estimate and did not even require a partial payment upon our acceptance of his offer. Even though we would not be present for the installation, we felt comfortable with Klaus completing the job according to our wishes.
