Keith is amazing, going above and beyond to assist with providing insurance information. Keith made many extra trips to my house to meet with Insurance Adjusters before I even agreed to hire him. Katherine worked relentlessly to coordinate everything, including the removal of my solar with the solar company. The guys who installed the rood worked from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with maybe a 30-minute lunch break, to ensure the work was completed in a timely manner. Once we decided to have Coastal Bath do our shower remodel, we were happy with the professionalism of everyone involved. We were kept appraised of the progress of our project and the arrival of our products. An install date was arranged. On the install date, the crew arrived right on time. Our installation was a 2 day event, which we were made aware of from the beginning. The team who did our shower, Josh, Robert and JK were incredible. They were efficient, friendly, and clean. They respected our home and our time. When they finished each day, they cleaned up after themselves and replace any furniture that was moved. When the project was completed, we were showed ow to use the shower, and when it would be safe to use the shower and the proper materials to use for cleaning the shower.
