"The technician was very polite and seemed to know his job well. Unfortunately the refrigerator was not able to be repaired after the technician checked it out. The compressor was not working and we thought that it was not cost affective to have it repaired, so we opted to purchase a new refrigerator. "It was an excellent experience! My old Kenmore fridge (probably from the 90s) quit cooling/defrosting. After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I found Neli and was able to set up an appointment at a time I picked.. An incredibly patient tech (Chris C.) came chat on at the appointed time. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."

I am the type of person who is very attentive to the customers needs. I may be a few dollars more but that's because I figure out every detail down to the penny so there is no surprises in the end. Concrete services to include foundations, poured floors, driveways, driveway resurfaces, sidewalks, demolition of existing concrete, foundation repair and pads for sheds and outbuildings. "I called my home warranty service for a leaking dishwasher repair and they dispatched the repair to Dun-Rite. I was told that I would receive a call from them the next day. I did not receive a call, so I called Jimaine the next day and he said that his scheduler makes appointments in the evening. I proceeded to tell him the issue that the door is leaking from the bottom and that I already did the gasket repair and that did not fix it. He seemed to be a confused about what else it could be if not he gasket. Then he told me his scheduler would call me that night. Again, I did not receive a call. I called him the next morning and he stated that my warranty company did not attach my phone number to the service order and to text him my number. So I texted it to him after I gave it to him the day before. He then called me back and told me to call the warranty company and have them add it to the service contract. I called the warranty company and they stated that they already had my phone number on the contract and that they have had complaints about this vendor before. My warranty company then switched me to a new vendor because of his failing to commit to an appointment. I would not recommend Dun-Rite to anyone. The only 5 star reviews that he has are for not actually doing any work, nothing for any actual work. you have been warned if you decide to use this company."
