Jason was on time and had no problem diagnosing and repairing the problem quickly.

Mr. John Nason was an absolute god-sent. After my husband procrastinated for weeks, I looked up a repair person. He was so nice and able to order the part, came and replaced it in less than a week. Thanks to John, I can now prep for thanksgiving and some normalcy in the kitchen. I highly recommend him for any appliance that needs repair.

Mr. Nason was a true professional. He came over to our home to repair our Whirlpool Duet dryer several times. The reason for several trips was because of defective parts we received, not due to his lack of knowledge or experience. The dryer is working now and we are totally satisfied with Mr. Nason's repair. I would definitely rehire or recommend him to anyone.

John was on-time for his appointment and quickly diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part, then called to schedule the installation. He had an opening to come earlier than originally scheduled so he called to ask if he could come earlier and of course we said yes. He performed his work in a professional manner, was friendly and generally helpful. I would definitely use him again and have already recommended him to a friend.

John was very proficient in explaining what was needed to make the products would. The new freezer had a same condenser hose which did not let the freezer work properly. The company we purchased it from, would not repair it because it sat on an enclosed porch for a few days. John came over and repaired it and assisted with bringing it into the kitchen which was next to the porch. The small refrigerator needed a new condenser. it was worked great for the past every years. Would hire John again and have given his name to friends who also used him. Very honest and military veteran.

John arrived on time and was courteous and respectful. He informed me of the problem with the dishwasher and ordered the part for me the same day. When it arrived two days later he called me and came back that day to replace the control panel. He was professional and performed the service in just a few minutes. The dishwasher ran like brand new! A few months later we moved to a new address and had issues with installing our washer and dryer. We put in a call to Discount Appliance and John came the same day and installed our appliance with no problems. We were very satisfied with our service and will use Discount Appliance for all our repair needs. We were so pleased we asked for business cards to pass out to our friends and family.

He found a small rag that was jamming the washer. Excellent service! We are really impressed because he was able to come within 24 hours and he would call to let us know that he is on his way even though we already had a set time.
