"Bill Ruppert and his crew are top-notch. This is the second time I have used this company in 7 years. The first time they installed ~220 feet of a 4 foot tall, white vinyl fence. We enjoyed the experience and fence so much we immediately called Bill again 7 years later when we needed our new Vanguard fence for our new home. They are extremely professional, highly trained/skilled, and punctual. Bill is a pleasure to deal with. He is honest, very fair with pricing, and delivers the highest quality product. "Reliable,timely & competitively priced breakwater fence co did a great job installing my fence after settlement on my new home !
