If he said he would call on Monday he called. If he said he was coming at 10 he was there or called in advance if he was running a little late. First State Fence also gave me the best price. I met Billy and his crew when they were installing a beautiful fence and outdoor shower for my neighbor and he took the time to come over and measure my yard for a new fence. I was very impressed. My husband and I lost 2 of beloved rescue pups this year and adopted another one in March. Our home is On pilings and Our deck was not built properly so Jake could get his slim body thru the railings and almost jumped a number of times. I immediately called Billy for help as I was so upset and didnâ t want anything to happen to Jake. He was there the next day and said he would fit us in and build us a new deck with up to code railings as fast as he could.l get the decking and railings in. He and His dad were out within 2 weeks and 1 week later I had a safe deck with railings that Jake could not fit himself thru. My husband and I are and will always be so grateful to Billy and First State Fence. The quality of work and pricing is the best and we are so thrilled with our new deck. We are in the works to install a new fence and we will not even hesitate to hire Billy again. We recommended him to many neighbors and they also hired him to install their fence. First State Fence is honest, with fair pricing and reliable. They are the best and we are proud to be clients.

It took months to get this project done . Product availability was the problem . Billy is nice and will give you a good job .

We hired First State Fence and Billy Richardson to install 240 ft of black aluminum fencing after getting two other quotes. Billy responded to our questions via text as well as phone calls then showed up on time and promised an install 3 weeks sooner than others at a very fair price. Billy was very professional as were the two men who worked the project. Materials arrived slightly damaged by the distributor and Billy went the extra mile to get replacement pieces as quickly as possible. This is not an easy task in Covid times as materials are in short supply.. We then caused a delay because we wanted to verify lot lines marked on our plat and Billy was patient while we waited for a surveyor. He took great pride in making sure the install was done to our satisfaction and it was. I can't say enough good things about First State Fence. Thank you for all the compliments we have received from our neighbors!

I signed a contract and gave a 50 % deposit.. We spoke a few times but now I am not able to get hold of William to get the job started. There was a communication problem and that was why I placed the bad review. When 1st State got back to me, they did have a problem getting material, but completed the job after and I am pleased with the project Ed

Bill made the fence installation very easy , professional , responded t all text and phone call within minutes , 120 feet of fence was installed in 2 1/2 days he cleaned and took all the extra debris with him . I would highly recommend him. I will try posting some pictures . Thank you Billy

Recommend highly and without reservations. Billy's experience in this work is apparent. Plus he keeps in touch and arrives on time. It was a two-day job. He and his crew worked thru a bitterly cold and windy day. The next day it was pouring rain, but he still called to say they wouldn't be there. He was back the next day to finish job -- including a thorough clean up. Cost was fair -- way better than big box store estimates. If you need a new fence, use First State Fence!
