"I think Patsy and his crew did a great job replacing the half of my deck that was not under roof in Milton, DE. That’s what the 2 key people onsite say, and it’s what I and others see in the pictures, 1 of which is attached. As this is a rental house, I’ll look soon, but they all say that the new deck is solid, safe, and looks great. Me and my rental agent say that Patsy is very easy to work with. Recommend that you contact him for work in the area. M.Smith - Milton DE & Baltimore MD."

Tony was on-site everyday at 8am till 4-5pm; Plumbers did great work; Tony is a great guy to work with and offered options and suggestions throughout the duration of the project. "Contractor responded promptly. Arrived on time, put coverage over his shoes to protect my floors. He placed coverage on the floors and furniture around the work area. He listened carefully to my direction as to where I wanted the art placed. He meticulously measured for accuracy and hung the art perfectly. His pricing was fair and reasonable. I would not hesitate to hire again and recommend. He was polite, professional and friendly."

Treehouse Builders questions, answered by experts

Increases living space and adds value to the home through enhanced utility.

Before you get started on your hydroponic garden project, decide on your garden’s location. For a small office or home garden, consider an indoor hydroponic garden. Contrarily, if you plan on making a profit from your hydroponic garden, you might need to rent land or indoor space to grow your plants.

In most cases, you can attach a greenhouse to any type of house. However, certain factors need to be considered, such as the structural integrity of the house, available space, and local building regulations. You should consult with a professional contractor or architect to assess the feasibility and ensure proper construction methods.

The only real drawback to green building is that it’s more expensive up front, with per-square-foot prices sitting 33% higher than what you’d pay to build a traditional home. The higher cost is due to more expensive building materials and more labor to ensure every aspect of the home is as efficient as possible. However, green buildings often save money in the long run, so this is just a temporary downside.

The quickest way you can protect plants and trees from frost is to cover them with garden blankets or frost cloths. Also, bringing potted plants or trees indoors is much simpler than trying to cover and protect them outdoors. Remember to anchor blankets with something such as sandbags, fabric pins, or rocks if the forecast calls for strong winds to keep them from blowing away and exposing your trees and plants.
