He was not able to start the job in a timely fashion because he was involved in another job and the homeowner kept adding projects which kept pushing our job back. When Dannie started the job, he re-laminated our kitchen countertop and he did an EXCELLENT job! He also installed a new stainless steel kitchen sink which turned out to be the wrong one which had been shipped by the supplier (not his fault). This complicated the whole project and ended up increasing the price...again not his fault. Dannie was pleasant and stood behind his work but I felt that he needed to be more detail oriented. I had to call his attention to several things for him to resolve them.

"It went extremely well! They were punctual, hardworking and professional. It was necessary to dig up my neighbor's landscaping, so they were very careful to disturb only what was necessary and to restore everything to its original condition. They even replaced her broken underground downspout extension (which was draining into my basement!) without comment or additional charge. When my neighbor accused them of causing a problem, MJ was quick to respond and the team on-site made a point of apologizing to her in person. I don't think MJ caused the problem, so I was very impressed that they "went high" to investigate the matter and, as I said, apologize for the inconvenience she felt she suffered. The work they did inside to remove mold and seal the wall was thorough and neat. The gentleman doing the work cleaned up everything and took all of his equipment and trash with him. his is especially important since he was working with strong chemicals. My contact in the office was prompt to address anything I threw her way. It was easy to make payments online. Best of all - no sign of water in the basement since they were here!!"

"I have used Danny at least 10 times. He remodeled an investment property I purchased and did carpentry, flooring , some electrical and plumbing. His work is EXCEPTIONAL and he has the strongest attention to details. His carpentry skills are next level, he rebuilt a stairwell and raised a roof as well. Very trustworthy guy, and did a lot of the work for me with no supervision as the property was in another state. Never had any issues and he sent pictures of the work daily. Additionally after the work was completed I started using him in my personal home in pa and he did flooring/ tile and built shelving, installed toilets and sinks and built a bar in my basement. All the work was great! Prices are very fair !!"
