"Paddy's guys did the work and clean up the same day. They did such a great job that their foreman checked their work the same day instead of a week later. They charged a fair price for my tiny house. Will recommend every time!!"

"Kevin was great - very friendly and knowledgeable. I called him to clean and inspect the chimney for my furnace. He was there the next day. After the inspection, he called to explain what needed to be done (even sent photos, it was a mess!) and gave me a reasonable estimate. It took a little time for the parts to come in, and he was already booked for a few days, but we got the job scheduled right away... on the weekend. He arrived when he said he would, explained everything he was going to do, and got the job done in a reasonable time; especially considering one part was the wrong size and he had to go pick up a replacement. I can't say enough about my experience and I would definitely recommend him."

"The service was fine. The only thing is that they were really late coming. So, it was like dark when they got out of here. They left the area good when they were finished. It took them an hour-and-a-half to complete the job. They sent me a picture of the chimney. The price was great. They did show up."

"I was contacted immediately by an office manager to set up an appointment. They were very prompt and on time. I feel they did a great job and a thorough inspection of my chimney! They showed me the poor condition of my chimney after cleaning and discussed ways to fix it. So I hired them to make the repairs,in which I could not have been more pleased with their work! Very professional company, and I would recommend them to anyone!"

Chimney Inspection questions, answered by experts

After you take steps to determine when your roof was last replaced, you may realize you need a new one. Hiring a roofing contractor you can trust involves asking for references and examples of past work. Verify any qualifications the roofer provides. Ask about the expected time to complete the work and about putting guarantees in writing.

Yes, cleaning removes harmful elements that contribute to rot or degradation, extending the roof's lifespan and averting costly future repairs.

Costs depend on pipe length, accessibility, and whether additional services are required.

It’s a good idea to have a roof inspection once every two or three years to catch issues early and avoid major property damage. However, if you recently had a new roof installed, you can safely wait around five to ten years before scheduling an inspection, especially since your workmanship warranty should last about that long. You might also want to schedule more frequent or one-off roof inspections if you are buying or selling a home, if you have issues with leaks or visible damage, or if your homeowner’s insurance company requires an updated inspection.

The most common defect in a flat roof is leaking. Flat roofs have minimal slope, so water pools more readily on a flat roof than on a sloped roof, and the risk of the waterproof membrane failing increases with exposure. Tears and punctures from foot traffic and blown debris are other common problems, especially with single-ply roofing membranes like TPO and EPDM roofs.
