Needed a custom section of wood floor trim to be used as a carpet transition strip, between a bedroom and the hallway, where an old seam would no longer stretch long enough to hide the seam itself. Simon created the transition strip on the spot with a sample of some wood flooring planks I had been holding as back up. Quite impressed with Simon's abilities, plus we were not charged a penny more for this additional work, which was not part of the original quote that was also quite reasonable.
