They knocked the job out of the park! Honestly, I think the cleanup was a bit bigger than they expected, but Chris stuck to his price, which I really appreciated. I even gave them a little extra tip because they worked like a bunch of oxen. All in all, I’m very happy with how everything turned out. "No follow-up service. Vendor claims deficiencies were already there. Referred to Customer as: ?Dick?. Absolutely a company not to be trusted. Damage to property not resolved. Poor communication with Client. Was informed by Mark ( who referred to me as a Dick, to call the office and complain (wanted to know why I was complaining to him??!!). This Mark guy is a JOKE! Shook hands in a $3,000 deal and now won?t return to the property to clean my driveway from the spilled oil from his Bucket truck and other damages. When I called the office and spoke to ?Brandy? she informed me that 3 Brothers have received numerous complaints from multiple other customers. We are now forced to take legal action against this company. Check local court records with this company first to see how many other Customers had to resort with this company. If in New Castie County (NCCO), check with the county first as you may be surprised as to what you find on record with these Cowboys. "
