"I got home after several months away. The toilet flooded the bathroom on first flush. I browsed Angie's List the next morning and arranged for a visit the next morning by Charles Moon Plumbing (I have another toilet I could use). The plumber was prompt, very nice and helpful, presented 2 options for the repair, and performed the work quickly. Everything is still fine in September 2012. 
I bought a service contract that gives the customer 20% off on any work they do, including the work done that day. In retrospect, I would prefer not to have to commit to this company and for them to just use straight pricing without a service contract gimmick.
In April I phoned the company for an estimate to hook up my house to the newly installed county sewer system. The estimated price was much higher than the estimates from 2 other companies, even with the 20% discount. Bottom line: I will have Charles Moon do small jobs, but I'll have to go to a bigger company for large jobs.

The day of the service call they emailed and phone to see if we could do it earlier (as we were worried) and they met us to do the inspection. They were thorough and they determined it was not a sewer issue. The service call (reasonable priced) was well worth our peace of mind. "The team Horizon sent was absolutely outstanding. They were able to repair my sewer line buried 8 feet under a concrete walkway next to the swimming pool without breaking anything.
