"AWFUL! Messina Plumbing & Heating was hired as a sub contractor through Garrison Homes to install plumbing fixtures I provided as well as install new HVAC systems in a home I owned. Doors were left wide open in the middle of winter with the heat on while the guys went to lunch, the drains weren't installed properly and caused damage to the walls and floors in the lower level, and they refused to provide documentation that repair work was completed nearly causing the buyers to lose the property. The owner, Charlie Messina, claims he stands behind his work but does not!!! His guys left a mess every time they were at my property and I got billed by the contractor for cleaning it up...repeatedly! I would NEVER recommend Charles Messina's companies!!!"

"Sobieski did the HVAC/ insulation on my new construction home in 2021. Every summer, there have been condensation issues in the basement bathroom. Multiple technicians have been out and "fixed the issue," but it is still occurring. The last technician quite literally said he watched a YouTube video about exhaust fans while installing a new exhaust fan for us. The company as a whole is incompetent, hard to communicate with, and takes no accountability for their wrongdoings. Absolutely steer clear of them if you want your work done correctly and do not want to waste your money."

I don't know if he takes time off, as he's researched info and been back to us well after normal business hours to help us as quickly as possible. He has spent time on the phone with me when I have had questions about an issue that was water related (water filter) but not truly a plumbing issue. He talked me through some trouble shooting, and let me know while it wasn't something a plumber would normally handle, I should call the water filter company for service.
