Best ceramic tile pros near Blades, DE

"This was not a small project. The team did a complete remodel of my master bath, a partial remodel of my guest bath as well as replacing tile in my kitchen and foyer. Dustin is very easy to work with. I needed someone I could trust when it came to the design of the master bath. Dustin helped me turn my vague concepts into very concrete ideas. His team was wonderful to work with. They were skilled craftsmen who were very respectful of my space, My condo finally feels like home. I would highly recommend this group if you are considering a project. Thank you Coastal Bay."

"I can’t begin to thank Jose enough for the stunning tiling he did for us. Professional, knowledgeable and very friendly, easy to work with. If you don’t hire this guy, you’ll really be missing out."

"Extremely efficient, best quality work and exceptional price."

"I really like the flooring, but I feel like the agent give me a quote for more square footage then what was needed making the price higher then what it was. So it made me think that I was being over charged for square footage that wasn?t correct. I haven?t made a decision yet."

"Epic was extremely professional and honest. They gave us a quote, a start date and end date, and all commitments were met on time. The painting was excellent, neat and clean. . Just a side note, my sister fell while they were here working and they jumped right in to help her. I would highly recommend Epic and I will hire them again for our next job. Thank you, Epic."

"Sergio did two projects for us. First removed popcorn ceilings and full repaint of the entire house. They did an amazing job. Then after a water leak we did a major home remodel that touched every room in the house and included, drywall, hardwood floors, tile floors, carpet, painting kitchen cabinets, new counter tops, new lighting and electrical work, new doors and all the trim, new roof and new deck. They were there everyday and Sergio called me everyday. His people were amazing polite and very clean. The worked was complete a month early and we were extremely pleased with all the work. He is the best contractor I have ever worked withâ ¦."

"George (the head of MGD) personally oversaw the entire project. We provided all the primary materials (vanity, tile, tub, tub filler, toilet etc.) and MGD Construction did everything else. This turned out to be more cost effective than any other option we found. (We tried full service bath stores, Lowes professional installation services and others. MGD offered the best price and in the end we think we got the best overall installation). From the demo of the old bathroom to the final installation of glass for the shower everything MGD did was first rate. George is clearly a perfectionist, and it shows in his work. He is fully licensed plumber in several states and has years and years of construction experience that showed in several areas. George also has a handful of subs that are his regulars that do specialty work for him. For example, his tile sub is excellent. Some of the best tile work I've ever seen. In the end we got a high quality remodel at a very reasonable price. As for the cost of the entire remodel... the total cost was roughly $20,500 including $9500 to MGD for their services and $11,000 for all the major components of the bathroom which we purchased. Sorry about the photos... they don't do the end product justice. In short, I'd highly recommend MGD. If you select George and MGD you won't be disappointed."
