They used dust abatement measures to protect all my basement-stored items, and they removed and hauled all the debris away when finished with the excavation. The prior work held out, and so we asked Martin to replace the roof. That roof work was done very well also. Alex the owner and his crew came out, they dug out the foundation, showed me where the cracks were and came back the next day to finish fixing the cracks installing the waterproof barrier, regrading and filling in the trench.
