"We were selling our home and one of the things the buyer requested was to have a toe kick heater installed in the kitchen area. We called Joe in the morning and he was able to come that very afternoon. He installed the toe kick heater as well as did a couple of GFCI's that were also needed. He kept in contact with us throughout the day letting us know the approximate time that he would be able to arrive. Arrived when he said he would be here and completed the project in a reasonable amount of time, was very informative and knowledgeable about everything and was priced very reasonably. We were very happy with the results and if we were staying in the area we would definitely hire him again for any electrical needs."

"Greg installed under-cabinet lighting in our country kitchen. We are delighted with the results. The under-cabinet lights are controlled independently from the recessed ceiling lights by a dimmer switch. No wiring is visible. Greg arrived at the scheduled time and was professional and courteous throughout the job. Greg will be our first choice for all of our future electrical projects."

"It was so much easier than getting a dumpster. I paid less money than if I had gotten a dumpster because a dumpster charges by weight and since it snowed and rained, everything in the bag was wet - I would have paid a fortune!!! With the bullbag, I paid one set price and the cool part: I got the bag back to refill again and again. This company also recycles most of what is collected so less ends up in a landfill.
No better business bureau complaints.
One set price to empty.
I get to reuse the bag over and over."

Exterior Lighting questions, answered by experts

Professionals enhance safety by addressing structural issues, securing loose components, and using non-toxic materials. They ensure compliance with building codes and conduct thorough inspections to identify potential hazards. Their expertise minimizes risks, making the home safer during and after repairs.

The cost to repair outdoor lighting typically ranges from $100 to $400. The final price depends on the severity of the damage, the specific issue, the type of lighting system, and the parts needed. Some repairs are priced per fixture, averaging $100 to $300, and there may be additional fees if the lighting is difficult to access.

While most general electricians can repair lamps and light fixtures, it is often better to hire a lamp repair specialist. Many electricians prefer larger jobs, such as fixing electrical systems or relocating fixtures, and may not offer lamp repair services due to the small scale of the work. Additionally, some lamps, particularly antique models, require dedicated expertise that a general electrician might not have. A lamp repair specialist will be familiar with various types of fixtures and can provide a more dedicated service. If you have already hired an electrician for a larger project, you can ask them to look at your lamp, but for a standalone repair, a specialist is typically the best option.

Although security lighting may not deter a determined burglar, its presence will make your property that much less enticing to would-be trespassers. When paired with other types of home security systems like alarms and surveillance cameras, strong lights will better help you and the authorities identify thieves in the instance they attempt to break in or succeed at doing so.

Depending on complexity and materials, costs range from $150 to $500 per fixture.
