"I've been meaning to get back here to tell people about these guys. I hired Nixon for two jobs. The first was to replace an attic vent that was installed god-knows how long ago plus replace a bit of trim and to re-anchor my gutters in the back which had come undone. Nixon is METICULOUS and neat as a pin. The only evidence work was done made itself known as about 5 or 10 grams of sawdust making up a small pile in the driveway. the attic vent replacement involved (apart from locating a matching vent that was originally placed back in the '80s...) a bit of carpentry and painting. It was all very neatly done and the entire job was executed flawlessly. Later, I hired him to paint and repair my deck - same story: meticulous painting and flawless work. I couldn't say enough good things about this guy. I will definitely hire him again. Definitely."

"Alex and his crew were fantastic. They were on time, worked very hard and each day they left the site completely cleaned up, including the driveway where they mixed the concrete. They were complete professionals! I had a few small additional things I wanted him to do and he did them without any new charges. Prior to having Alex install the drains and do the other repairs we would always have water coming into our basement, sometimes substantial amounts of water. It has now been about a month since he did the job and we have had two big rain storms and our basement is completely dry thanks to Alex's great work. I hired Kristian and his team to install a couple of lally columns to support a carrying beam and sister a couple of floor joists. Many contractors wouldn't even return my call because I wasn't looking to complete a huge remodel job, but Kristian came over, gave me a fair verbal estimate on the spot, and worked with me on timing to complete the project. Not only that, but the solution wasn't overly complicated. The job was straightforward, completed exactly as described in the time described, and there was no scope creep. If I ever have a larger need, they'll certainly be my first call. I would highly recommend K&X construction if you need any services that they offer."
