"I've been meaning to get back here to tell people about these guys. I hired Nixon for two jobs. The first was to replace an attic vent that was installed god-knows how long ago plus replace a bit of trim and to re-anchor my gutters in the back which had come undone. Nixon is METICULOUS and neat as a pin. The only evidence work was done made itself known as about 5 or 10 grams of sawdust making up a small pile in the driveway. the attic vent replacement involved (apart from locating a matching vent that was originally placed back in the '80s...) a bit of carpentry and painting. It was all very neatly done and the entire job was executed flawlessly. Later, I hired him to paint and repair my deck - same story: meticulous painting and flawless work. I couldn't say enough good things about this guy. I will definitely hire him again. Definitely."

I hired Kristian and his team to install a couple of lally columns to support a carrying beam and sister a couple of floor joists. Many contractors wouldn't even return my call because I wasn't looking to complete a huge remodel job, but Kristian came over, gave me a fair verbal estimate on the spot, and worked with me on timing to complete the project. Not only that, but the solution wasn't overly complicated. The job was straightforward, completed exactly as described in the time described, and there was no scope creep.
