I was very pleased with his presentation and even though his price was slightly more than Home Depots, I hired him. I wish I had asked more questions, or that he had picked up on a specific concern I had. In the end, they were extremely responsive and did the work competently and quickly (although there was one shutter that had been mismeasured and came in a few weeks later). My only problem was that the shutters do not open the way I expected. So, if you hire this company (I think I would again) just make sure you ask ALL the questions and don't assume they know what you're asking for

"I can't say enough good things about Brian, who took care of this work for me. He returned my call promptly, listened carefully to what I needed, and was able to go out to my house within a few days to look at the space available for the two needed light fixtures. He then gave me excellent advice on the type of fixtures that would fit, and the exact sizees I needed to order, as well as what locations would work best for connecting them to the existing wiring. Using his advice, I was able to order the fixtures, which he then came out again to install. He obviously has good skills, but he was also prompt, efficient, honest, and very professional. "From the very first meeting with their sales associate nothing could have been more pleasant and easier. During the original sales meeting I was worried about rue turn around time for products to arrive, I was told they’d have everything as scheduled and they did. On the scheduled day of the install Sergei and his crew showed up precisely when scheduled and during the entire 2 days of their visit they were very respectful, professional and friendly, I had some questions and they were all answered. "I placed an order for 3 tops down bottoms up cordless pleated blackout shades, to replace similar light filtering shades from another company. The shades were reasonably priced, arrived on time and fit correctly. However I'm unimpressed with their overall quality. Three things bother me about the blinds:
1) they are extremely noisy when being raised or lowered
2) they need to be adjusted for level every time they are raised or lowered
3) inside the upper housing, there is a string that appears to move as the blinds are raised or lowered. Since the string rubs against parts in the housing, it is likely it will eventually break.
I don't think I'd buy these again.
