Called West Hartford Lock, my husband spoke with the office manage, Kathy Cerruto. Could not have been nicer, more professional, or more helpful. Someone went to my daughter's a few days later and re-keyed several locks in not too much time. VERY reasonable. Would absolutely recommend and use them again."

We are a full service locksmith shop on wheels. We specialize in Automotive Transponder key programming. What this means is we can create new keys for you car ON SITE, program those keys to the car's computer and have you back up and running in no time. NEW HOMEOWNERS can save a bundle on their locksmith services when they combine their locksmith service with a new ADT home security system. Had problems at the end of the lease and the manager did not return several phone calls. They were very attentive when we were looking for a car, it fell off quickly once the deal was signed. The Audi was great but the dealer was NOT. Go to another dealer who cares about your business."

One customer had a tricky issue with a security chip type key. Charms was able to help her and do so in less than 10 minutes. It is apparent that this store has not only survived but thrived because it has evolved. Tthe store still does conventional, basic key duplication, but also can help with technological advances with programmable keys and similar. I am sort of embarrassed to admit that I have been by the store likely thousands of times, but this was my first time visiting. I will certainly be back and will recommend Charms. they also have a mobile van that helps with on-site issues, and they sell a variety of commercial locks and locks for household applications. The store is truly a jewel and an asset to the community."
